Oven Roasted Baby Carrots

Ingredients
1 lb bag of baby carrotsolive oil1/2 tsp sea salt1/2 tsp black pepper1/2 tsp thyme1 tsp sage
Directions
preheat oven to 375
In a medium bowl coat the carrots lightly with olive oil
season with salt, pepper, thyme, and sage
place on a foil covered baking sheet in a single layer
cover with foil on top and bake for 15-20 min
remove foil and stir and cook for another 10-25 min (until tender)
