Ingredients
Ground Beef 93% Lean, 16 oz idahoan roasted garlic mashed potatoes, 2 cup Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 1 package (10 oz)
Directions
Preheat oven to 300
Saute onions until soft, add ground beef & brown
mix vegetables in with beef
make potatoes according to package instructions
put beef in casserole dish cover with potatoes
put in oven until potatoes are slightly brown & crusty & vegetables are tender
