Ingredients
Streit's Zahas Toasted pasta Whole Wheat Israeli Couscous, 1.65 cup (8.8 oz package)Pacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth, 3 cupsOnions, raw, 1 medium Mushrooms, fresh, .5 cup, pieces or slices Garlic, 3 cloves Parsley, 1 cup
Directions
Cook onions, mushrooms and garlic until soft. Add couscous and toast about 2 minutes. Add broth and bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for about 10 minutes until it's moist and creamy, like risotto. Stir in parsley and tons of cracked black pepper.
