Vegan EZ Pumpkin bread

Ingredients
1.5 cups granulated sugar1 cup canned pumpkin1.5 tsp Apple butter1 cup Apple sauce 2 egg substitues1 2/3 cup wheat flour1 tsp baking soda3/4 tsp salt1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tspbaking powder and raisins(optional and add as much as you want)
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, and put into a cassarole dish (that is what I use) or a bread pan. Cook at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until a fork comes out clean. I cut it into about 14 peices but if you like them thicker cut it into as may as you want.

    i love this simple and quick recipe. I replaced apple butter with vegan butter (bc I couldn't find it at my store) and used real pumpkin filling from my carvings. the bread is more like a loaf for dessert. its delicious and moist. and i'll use 1.25 cups of sugar this time (im not a sweet tooth). - 10/21/13
