Fiesta Lime Chicken w/Quinoa

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (12 oz)1 can of bush's grilling beans black bean fiesta1 cup quinoa1 cup low fat cheese( i used the fiesta blend)Mrs. Dash fiesta lime seasoning1 tsp crushed red pepper1/4 cup lemon juice
cook quinoa according to instruction (some you have to soak some you don't) and when all the moisture has been absorbed, add the can of black beans and let simmer while chicken is cooking. slice chicken breasts into thin strips. ( you don't have to do this I just do it so it will cook faster) Add to pan with lemon juice and red pepper. liberally coat with the Mrs. Dash Fiesta Lime. plate into 4 servings and sprinkle 1 cup cheese evenly between the 4 servings.
