MAMA BURGERS

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef1 lb ground turkey breast meat1 large onion1 large yellow bell pepper1 large carrot1.25 c panko breadcrumbs.33 can tomato paste1 T dijon mustard1 T A1 steak sauce.33 C Egg beatersherbs and salt to taste
Directions
-Grate carrot, onion and yellow pepper on the thick section of the box grater
-Add veggies to beef and turkey mixture
-- add panko crumbs
-lightly incorporate with the dry items with the meat
-add egg substitute, mustard, steak sauce, tomato paste and seasonings... mix well into meat until everything is even
-bake in a 325F preheated oven (15 minutes per side)
