Korean Spinach salad

Ingredients

frozen spinach, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, sesame seeds
Thaw and drain frozen spinach. Remove excess water with paper towels. Spinach must be very dry.
Put dried spinach in a serving bowl and add toasted sesame oil and soy sauce. Toss. Adjust seasonings to taste. Add lots of crushed garlic (less if you are sensitive to strong flavors). Toss.
Garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
