Breaded Pork Chops w/Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
Pork Chops (pork loin), roasted, 6 oz 2 potatoes (2-1/3" x 4-3/4") Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, 0.25 cupOlive Oil, 2 tbsp
Directions
Put olive oil in bottom of baking dish. Dip pork chops in water and then in bread crumbs and place in baking dish. Cut up scrubbed potatoes and carrots and place in baking dish. Season with salt and pepper (not added into the nutrition counts). Place in oven for 40 minutes or until done.
