7 oz. rigatoni8 oz. shelled edamame1 can diced tomatoes9 oz. artichokes1 Tbl. olive oil1 tsp oreganosalt and pepper to tasteMrs. Dash is good if avoiding salt
cook the pasta until tender.
While it's cooking, fry the artichokes and edamame in the oil. You can put them in the frying pan straight from the freezer.
After 5 mins, add the garlic.
After another few minutes, add the tomatoes and herbs.
Let this cook until heated through.
Drain the pasta and add to the tomato and artichoke mix.
Serve with parmesian if desired.
