Fall Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
fresh vegetables, zucchini, squash, peppers, (red,yellow,orange), green beans, onion, garlic,Cream of mushroom soup,chicken broth, stewed tomatoes.
Directions
chop all fresh vegetables, spray dutch oven with butter flavor spray, add all ingredients except the canned tomatoes and the broth and cream of mushroom, saute until all are soft, add the tomatoes, the broth and the cream of mushroom. Add your seasonings of choice, basil, oregano, thyme, creole seasoning...... Cook for 4 hrs. Great in the crock pot.
