Quinoa with White Beans and Spinach

Ingredients
1 c quinoa2 c chicken broth1 can white beans, drained and rinsed1 package frozen chopped spinach2 c cherry tomatoes, halvedsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Bring chicken broth to a boil. Stir in quinoa, beans, and spinach. Reduce heat to medium-low and cover. Simmer for 25 minutes. Stir in seasonings and tomatoes. Serve warm.
