A quick & easy way to make chicken Ala King
Drain chicken, lima beans, and mushrooms. In large skillet, heat oil. Add mushrooms, lima beans, and corn. Saute for 5 minutes. Add white wine. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring to scrap up brown bits. Add chicken. Heat 4 minutes.
Mix 1/2 & 1/2 with broth. Whisk in 1/4 cup flour. Pour into skillet. Simmer until thick...about 5 minutes. Serve immediately over rice or biscuits.
