DASH Baked Brown Bread

Ingredients
1/2 cup all-purpose flour1/2 cup rye flour1/2 cup yellow cornmeal2 teaspoons baking soda1/2 cup molasses1/2 cup raisins3/4 cup Greek-style plain nonfat yogurt3/4 cup skim milk
Directions
In a small bowl, mix the flours, cornmeal, and baking soda together. In a separate bowl, mix the molasses, raisins, yogurt, and milk. Stir in the dry ingredients. Spray a 5x9-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. Pour the batter into the pan and let stand for 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Bake the loaf for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Yield: one 27-ounce (767 grams) loaf
