Sweet Green Pea Salad

Ingredients
1 10 oz bag of frozen English Sweet Green Peas1/2 C Onion - raw, diced (use your favorite variety)1/2 C Celery - raw, diced (if children are eating, either de-string using a peeler or finely dice the celery)1/2 C Sour Cream - fat free1 Tbs or packet Yellow MustardSalt and Pepper to tasteYou might enjoy adding a tsp. of one or more of the following: Cilantro, Dill Weed, or Parsley.
Directions
Rinse the peas under cold water just long enough to partially thaw them. Drain well and place in a bowl along with the onion and celery. Mix in the sour cream, mustard, salt and pepper, and herbs of choice. Mix well and serve chilled. Serving size is approx. 3/4 C. and this serves 6.
