Rumbamel's Easy Creamy Mushroom Crockpot Chicken

-2 cans, 10 oz each, Aldi's Chef's Cupboard, Cream of Mushroom Soup, condensed (says it is 2.5 C)-3/4 C Daisy Lite sour cream-4 T Hormel's 50% less fat bacon bits -2 lbs or about 32 oz of frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts (do not thaw)
--Mix the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream and bacon bits in the bottom of a wide crock pot. Scrape the sides down so the sauce won't burn. Top with your chicken. Cover and cook on high for about 3 1/2 hours.
--Shred the chicken if desired or dice it. I have served it with Grands Layers Jr. biscuits, brown rice or whole wheat noodles and a veggie (NONE ARE IN THE NUTRITION).
--Makes 6 servings of 1 C each.
