PREHEAT ROASTER TO 350
DICE ALL VEGTABLES. THE SMALLER THE BETTER.
MIX VEGTABLES WITH EGG WHITES BREAD CRUMBS.
MIX IN GROUND BEEF.
MAKE INTO 4 OZ PATTIES AND BROWN WELL OR UNTIL DONE. SOME OF THE ONIONS, PEPPERS AND MUSHROOMS WILL BE LEFT IN PAN. JUST DRAIN OFF GREASE AND PUT THE VEGTABLES IN THE GRAVEY. MIX MUSHROOM SOUP, GRAVEY, AND WATER IN A ROASTING PAN. AS THE BEEF PATTIES ARE COOKED ADD TO GRAVEY MIX AND COOK FOR 3-5 HOURS. THE LONGER IT COOKS THE MORE FLAVOR. IF GRAVEY MIX GETS TOO THICK JUST ADD MORE WATER TO THIN OUT SOME. CAN ADD THE GRAVEY MIX TO ROASTER WHILE IT IS WARMING.
