Pork Carnitas

Ingredients
450 grams (1lb) pork tenderloin, cubed3 campari tomatoes1/2 cup onions1/4 bell pepper4 tablespoons ancho chili powder1 tsp cumin1 tablespoon coriander1 tsp chipotle chili powder1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp oregano
Directions
Puree tomatoes, onions and bell pepper.

Add all ingredients in a crockpot. Set on low for 8 hours, or high for 4 hours.

Serve with tortillas or taco shells.
