Chicken garlic pizza toppings

Ingredients
* Milk, 2%, 1.5 cup (remove) * Margarine-like spread, Country Crock, regular, 1.5 tbsp (remove) * Kraft Parmesan Cheese, 4 tsp (remove) * Simply Organic Alfredo Sauce Mix, 4 tbsp (remove) * Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 breast, bone and skin removed (remove) * Green Peppers (bell peppers), .66 cup, chopped (remove) * Scallions, raw, 3 medium (4-1/8" long) (remove) * Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 12 oz (remove) * Garlic, 6 cloves (remove)Prepare sauce mix as directed.Chop peppers, garlic, and scallions and set aside.Slice chicken into small pieces. Cook until done. My husband and I like to cook with a lot of garlic, so we add garlic powder and non-fat cooking spray when cooking our chicken.Shred cheese.When all ingredients are ready, put on top of whole wheat pizza dough and cook at 425F for about 20 minutes.For a lower fat option, reduce or eliminate the amount of cheese.
