Chewy Granola & Fruit Bars

Ingredients
1 1/2 c. Oatmeal1 1/2 c. Crisp Rice Cereal1 T. Flax Seed1/2 c. Wheat Flour1/4 c. Raisins1/4 c. Craisins2 T. Chopped Dried Apricots1 Beaten Egg1/3 c. Honey2 T. Butter, Melted3 T. Canola Oil1/4 c. Packed Brown Sugar
Directions
Line a 8x8x2 inch baking pan with foil. Grease the foil. Set pan aside. In a mixing bowl combine granola, oats, nuts, flour, and raisin. Stir in egg, honey, oil, brown sugar. Press evenly into the prepared pan.

Bake in a 325 oven for 30 minutes or til lightly browned around the edges. Cool. Use foil to remove from pan. Cut into small bars.
