Ingredients
sliced almonds .75 cuppeanut, chopped . 75 cuphoney .75 cupraisins.75 cuplight corn syrup .75 cupcocoa, dry powder, unsweetened .5 cupnatural almond butter, 10 tbsp sunflower seeds, no salt. .75 cupcorn flakes cereal 3 cupsoats 1 cupapricots, dried, chopped .75 cupprotein power 8 servingflexseed, ground 6 tbspwater .25 cupvanilla extract 1 tsp
Directions
before you start line 9 x 13 pan with wax paper

in large sauce pan combine almond butter, honey, corn syrup and cocoa. cook over medium heat for 6 minutes, stirring often or until smooth

Remove sauce pan from the heat and add the rest of ingredients.

cool for 30 to 40 minutes, before cutting in 24 bar. wrap each bar in saran wrap and store in plastic baggies. can be refigerated. will keep longer.
