Pickled Daikon & Carrot Relish

Ingredients
4 c. daikon radish, jullienned4 c. carrots, jullienned4 c. vinegar6 oz. agave2 tsp. chili powder1 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. mustard powder1/2 tsp. coriander, ground1 inch piece ginger, peeled and minced
Directions
Combine all ingredients and marinate overnight. Serve cold.
