This is a quick easy dessert. I figure 1 ounce=1 serving. We substitute fat free cream cheese. Add the liquid stevia to your taste. A little goes a long way.
Blend together dry milk, xylitol and butter together until mixed. Add 1 cup boiling water. Add cream cheese then stevia to taste. pour into a 8 x 8 glass pan or muffin tin.
If using for cheese cake, add to a grahm cracker crust (or make your own with 1 pkg of grahm crackers, Xylitol sweetener and 1/2 cup butter. let set up fridge for 1-2 hours.
