Broccli Soup

Ingredients
Onion 1 cup choppedGarlic 3 cloves mincedExtra virgen olive oil 1.5 tbsBroccoli Fresh 2 cup chopped (or use leftovers)Chichen stock 4 cupsAlmond milk 1 cup
Directions
saute onions till soft over medium heat
add garlic until fragrant
add broccoli and cook 5 min
add stock bring to boil then simmer ten min
puree soup
add almond milk

Serving Size: makes 4 1.5 cup servings
