Spicy Chipotle Chicken Pasta

Directions
1 (12 oz) bag yolk-less noodles. 2 boneless skinless chicken breast (cut into bite size pieces)5 mushrooms, Cut into pieces2/3 cup frozen peas1/2 cup chopped onionHint of lime tortilla chipsChipotle Cream Sauce:1/2 TBS chipotle in adobe sauce3/4 cup half and half1/4 cup parmesanMarinade:1 TBS canola oil 1/2 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper1/2 tsp cayenne pepper1/2 tsp dry mustard1 tsp worcestershire sauce
Combine all marinade ingredients and cover the chicken with it. Marinade over night.
Puree chipotle in adobe sauce, then make the cream sauce and set aside.
While chicken is cooking, boil pasta noodles.
Cook onion & chicken with 1 TBS butter in hot skillet, until onion is tender and chicken is cooked through (don't over cook). Add mushrooms, peas, & chipotle cream sauce. Simmer a few minutes, then add noodles and toss until well mixed.
Crush about 4 chips over the top of each serving, & enjoy!
Note: This is a really spicy pasta dish.
Serving Size: Makes 8 servings
