Colorful Vegetable Quiche

Ingredients
2 cups chopped broccoli (raw)1/2 cup finely-chopped onion1/4 cup chopped green pepper (or mushrooms)1/4 cup grated carrot1 cup Kraft grated cheddar cheese (2% milkfat)1 1/2 cup 1% milk3/4 cup Bisquick3 large eggs, beaten3/4 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. (or less) black pepper
Directions
Grease large glass or ceramic pie pan. Mix vegetables and cheese and place in pan. Blend other ingredients well and gently stir into veggie mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for about 35 minutes, or until center is set. Let stand five minutes before slicing.
