Ingredients1/3 cup atkins bake mix2 scoop (1 serving) isopure low/zero carb whey protein powder chocolate flavor1 packet splenda2 teaspoon baking powder1/4 teaspoon salt1 egg, whole raw large1/3 cup heavy cream, liquid1/3 cup water

put all dry ingredients in small mixing bowl. meanwhile, preheat waffle iron .Add wet ingredients and stir well with whisk but do not over beat. Batter will be thick. Let batter rest a minute. Grease waffle iron well with butter or grease of choice. Pour out a couple spoons batter to make one waffle at a time. Cook each waffle until done. Eat and enjoy.
makes 3 large round waffles or 15 small heart shaped ones
note: my waffle maker makes five small heart shape waffles per one big round one
