-1 box Ronzoni, Oven Ready Lasagna Noodles (8 oz box)-2 jars Ragu Light Tomato & Basil - sugar free-2 cups Fat Free Cottage Cheese-Extra Lean Chicken Sausage (16 oz) Browned and crumbled-1/4 c. eggbeaters-3 c. shredded Mozzarella-grated reduced fat parmesan cheese-salt, pepper and italian seasonings
Heat oven to 350
Spray 13x9 inch pan with pam
mix one jar spaghetti sauce with cooked sausage
mix eggbeaters with cottage cheese, sprinkle in salt, pepper, and italian seasonings
cover bottom of pan with spaghetti sauce
layer noodles, cottage cheese mixture, sausage mixture, mozzarella. Then top last layer of noodles, with sauce and mozzarella then parmesan. Cover and cook for 30 minutes, uncover cook an additional 15.
