1 lb round steak (or cube steak)saltpeppergarlic powder1/4c coconut flourEnough oil to coat pan well (I used 4 tbsp for calculation)
Season steaks with salt, pepper, and garlic. Dredge through flour and shake off excess. Allow to sit for about 5 minutes. While resting heat oil over med-high in skillet. When oil is hot place steaks in pan and sear for about 5 minutes per side or until crispy. Let drain on a wire rack for a few minutes before serving.
