Low carb (almost Paleo) white gravy

1 tbsp olive oil7oz ff half and half7oz whipping cream1/8c arrowroot powdersaltpeppermajoram, driedchives, driedcayenne pepper
Heat oil in skillet over medium. Add arrowroot and whisk for about a minute. Add cream and half and half a little at a time whisk to keep clumps from forming. After fully incorporated add seasonings to taste and eat.
