Egg Casserole

Ingredients
6 EggsWhole Wheat Bread1 C Spinach1/2 C Broccoli2 T ramps1 C soy creamer or milkCheese to taste
Directions
Beat the eggs until they loosen up. Add a cup of soy creamer. Add ramps, broccoli, and spinach.

Butter a pan & cover with slices of bread torn to cover the whole thing. Sprinkle your favorite cheese (or cheeze) and top with the egg mixture.

Let sit 4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
