Egg drop soup...Light

Ingredients
1 cup Chicken stock1 TB Corn Starch1 Egg Beaten
Directions
Heat chicken stock in sauce pan
In a seperate bowl whisk together corn starch and a small amount of water.

Mix the two together stiring constantly bring to bowl and pour beaten egg into soup remove from heat immediatly.
Garnish with green onion or chives.
