Ingredients
2 - 4 Chicken Breasts Skin on1 T Olive Oil1 Clove of Garlic Minced or DicedDash Coarse Ground Blk PeperDash Poultry Seasoning
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Wash Chicken breast. Dry and coat with olive oil.
Lift skin and put diced garlic under skin. Sprinkle with black peper and poultry seasoning.

Bake for 1 hour.

Serve with fresh vegetables or salad.
