Ingredients
Orzo pastaLemon JuiceExtra Virgin Olive OilSalt and pepperFeta cheeseShrimpGarlic and butter (optional)
Directions
Boil orzo pasta
Boil Shrimp and/or toss/saute in garlic butter in a pan
Combine oil and lemon juice (salt and pepper if desired)
Combine ingredients into a large bowl
Crumble feta cheese
Toss everything together
Salt and pepper as needed
Can be eaten cold or warm
