Veggie Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup sliced strawberries1/2 cup steamed carrots (cooled)1/3 cup boiled beets (cooled)1/2 cup frozen blueberries (unsweetened)2 cups milk2 TBS ground flax seed (flax meal)
Directions
Precook your beets and carrots. (Steam your carrots, and boil your beets -separately and allow to cool. You can measure out all the ingredients and store in containers to easily blend in the morning to save time.

Combine all ingredients in a blender, mix until smooth. Add ice if you want a more "ice cream" like smoothie.
