ready prepared arrabiata sauce1/2 red onion1/2 green pepper (or any colour)50g sweetcorn1/2 tin red kidney beans
Directions
Fry onions and peppers for a few minutes till softened
add rest of ingredients and heat through
serve with pasta, wholemeal for extra fibre
