Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1.25-1.5 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breast1 Medium, crisp apple3 Ribs of celery1 Red bell pepper1/2 cup Almonds, slivered or whole1 5.3 oz tub of Dannon Plain Greek Yogurt4 tbs. Hellman's Mayo (not reduced fat).5 tsp. Garlic powderSalt Pepper
Directions
Poach chicken breasts in chicken broth or water until done, remove and cool. While chicken cools, chop apple, celery and red pepper into small dice. Chop almonds if using whole. Once cool, dice chicken breasts into bite-size pieces. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; chopped chicken, veggies, almonds, yogurt, mayo and mix thoroughly. Add garlic poweder, salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
