Ingredients
1 cup Light Vanilla Soy Milk3 Tablespoons of pureed pumpkin2 Tablespoons of Suar Free Vanilla Syrup1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice2 shots of espresso2 Tablespoons Cool Whip Free
Directions
In a small saucepan, heat soy milk , pureed pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla syrup. Heat until all ingredients are combined and appear frothy.
Pour into mug, add espresso
Top with Cool Whip
