Ground Turkey Cacciatore

Ingredients
Olive oil cooking spray1 ˝ cups chopped tri-color peppersSalt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion PowderChicken Stock1 lb ground turkey, 99% lean4 Tbs worcestershire sauce1 tsp crushed red pepper1 - 14.5 ounce whole or crushed tomatoes1 tsp dried oregano1 tsp dried basil2 pinches sea salt
Directions
Spray large skillet with cooking spray. Heat to medium high heat. Add peppers and season. Sauté for approximately 5 minutes, adding a little chicken stock to the pan as the pan dries and allow to evaporate. Remove peppers and set aside. In the same pan, add ground turkey and season with same seasoning, add Worcestershire to the meat. Cook until no longer pink, approximately 10 minutes and add crushed red pepper flakes. Return peppers to the meat mixture along with undrained tomatoes, breaking them up as they heat. Sprinkle with oregano and basil and add salt. Makes 5 servings. Serve with “Rosemary Potatoes”
