Garlic Sauce (Serve with Chicken, Pork, Fish)

1/4 Cup Butter5 Cloves Garlic, grated1/2 Cup Flour2 Eggs, beaten2 Cups Homemade or Low Sodium Chicken Broth5 Tbsp Vinegar (cider or white)Pinch Salt
Heat broth, and keep warm.
Mix salt, garlic, and vinegar in a bowl.
Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat and whisk in flour, keep stirring.
Add vinegar mixture, and stir.
Add 1/2 cup of broth to beaten eggs and mix. Add to butter & garlic mixture.
Slowly add and mix in broth until the sauce reaches desired consistency. Sauce will thicken up over heat in about 2-3 minutes of stirring.
This sauce is delicious on chicken, pork or fish. I like to use it to top a meal of chicken and quinoa.
Makes enough sauce for about 4 chicken breasts.
