Apricot Flax Oat Bread

Oats, WW Flour, Flax, Dried Apricots, Apricot Preserves
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Chop dried apricots, set aside. Mix milk, oats, applesauce, egg whites, and preserves in medium bowl until combined. In separate bowl, mix flour, flaxseed, brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, mix until just combined. Mix in chopped apricots. Pour batter into greased 8x4 loaf pan.
Bake for 30 minutes (or until toothpick comes out clean).
