Best Banana Bread

Ingredients
1/4 cup melted Olivani (olive oil spread)3 large overripe bananas1 cup sugar1 egg1 tsp vanilla1 tsp baking soda1 tsp salt1 1/2 cups GF flour
Directions
Preheat oven to 175 C.
Melt Olivani in large mixing bowl. Smash bananas into this. Stir sugar, egg and vanilla extract into banana mixture. Sprinkle baking soda and salt over mixture and stir in. Lastly fold in GF flour. Pour into greased loaf tin for about an hour or until skewer comes out clean.

Serving Size: Slice into 10 generous slices
