Potato Salad

Ingredients
*Potato, raw, 8 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) (remove)Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove)Hard Boiled Egg, .5 cup, chopped (remove)Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), .5 cup (remove)Yellow Mustard, 3 tsp or 1 packet (remove)Dill weed, dried, 2 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Boil potatoes until tender. Chop all veggies. Mix mayo, mustard and dill. (You can add whatever spices you may like in your potato salad-I keep it simple) Boil eggs. When cool, peel and chop. Add potatoes, vegetables and egg together and then gently stir in the condiments/spices
