Ingredients
rinse trout in cold water, and pat dry. In a bowl pour the milk and add the trout, let the trout soak for 10 min. On a piece of wax paper combine the flour and salt, and in a skillet add the Olive Oil and heat up on med/high heat. After the trout has soaked for 10 min, cover with the flour/salt mixture, shake of excess and add to skillet. Cook each side for abot 5 min. Once cooked place trout on a platter. Pour out the fat from the skillet and wipe down the skillet with a paper towel and return to the stove. Add the lemon juice and let it cook for 15 seconds, add the Margarine (or butter) and cook for about 2 min or until foamy, add the parsely (fresh works better but can use dried). Pour the sauce over the trout and serve.
