Jada's Whole Grain Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
Oat Bran, .5 cup Old Fashioned Oats, 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup Baking Powder, 2 tsp Baking Soda, .5 tspCinnamon, ground, .5 tsp Maple Syrup, .25 cup Egg, fresh, 1 large Buttermilk, lowfat, 1 cup *Extra Light Olive Oil, 4 tbsp Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1.5 cup, thawed Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp
Directions
add all dry ingredients (except sugar) and mix. in another bowl, mix all liquid ingredients and mix. Mix both together. Fold in blueberries and pour into lightly greased muffin pans. Bake at 400F fir 20 minutes. sprinkle top with sugar.
