Butter and garlic salmon

Ingredients
14 oz salmon fillets1 tbsp butter2 cloves garlic, mincedseasoning of your choice
Directions
1 Melt butter in a large, non-stick skillet over Med/High heat.
2 Add garlic to the pan and cook for 30 seconds while stirring.
3 Season the salmon to your own taste.
4 Add salmon to pan and cook for 10 minutes per inch of thickness (measure at thickest part of fish), flipping halfway through cooking. Fish is done when it flakes easily with fork.
5 Serve with lemon wedges. (if desired)
