Garlic Parm Crusted Salmon

Ingredients
Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 tbspWegmans Finishin Butter, Garlic Cheese, 1 tbsp Atlantic Salmon (fish), 3 oz
Directions
Thaw the salmon. ( I used some nice frozen salmon)
Preheat oven to 350.
Place fish in shallow baking pan and sprinkle parmesan cheese over the filet. Top with the Finishing butter and bake.

Rule of thumb 10 minutes per inch of fish thickness. If not done check every 2 minutes until the fish flakes nicely when tested with a fork.

Serving Size: Makes one tasty Filet
