Cabbage and Beef Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb. Lean Ground BeefSmall head of Cabbage, chopped (approx. 4 cups)Small one, chopped2 Cans Diced TomatoesItalian Seasoning
Directions
Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet, drain the grease. In another skillet saute the cabbage in butter spray until almost soft. Add tomatoes and Italian Seasoning and stir. Cook over medium heat until cabbage is soft. Add ground beef and onion and stir until well mixed.

Serving Size: Makes 8 - 1.5 cups servings
