Sugar Free Peanut Butter/Chocolate/Coconut Protein Balls
- Minutes to Prepare:
- Number of Servings: 9
Ingredients
Directions
2 Scoops Chocolate Whey Protein Powder2/3 C natural (No sugar added) Peanut butter (I use smooth, but you can use whatever you prefer)1/4 C golden milled flax meal1/4 C unsweetened shredded coconut1 tsp natural vanilla extract2 packets Splendaapprox 5 TBLS water2 ounces Philadelphia cream cheese (softened)
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. (Microwaving for 30 seconds will make them easier to mix). This should be very thick - don't add too much water as you want this to be moldable.
A tablespoonful at a time, roll the mixture into balls, wrap in plastic wrap individually and place into refrigerator. Recommend that you allow to chill for at least 30 minutes.
You can then grab one as needed and go!
