put dried mushrooms into 2 cups boiling water and let stand 15 minutes
drain mushrooms and reserve liquid. chain mushrooms
heat butter over medium high heat, and saute onions, garlic & mushrooms until tender. about 5 minutes
add reserved mushroom liquid, spinach & last 5 ingredients. crushe red pepper
bring to boil, reduce heat, cover & simmer 10 minutes.
