raw Wheat 3 cups raw Wild Rice, 1 cup Barley, pearled, raw, 1 cup Water, tap, 12 cups
Directions
combine all ingredients in a crock pot that's been sprayed with pan spray. Cover and turn on to low - cook over night. Serve with favorite fruit, milk, etc.
